Special Instructions

What to Wear: You'll want to wear breathable, form-fitting clothing. Long hair should be tied back and dangling accessories removed for safety. What to Bring: Pilates And Motion is equipped with a filtered water dispenser, so bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated! You may also choose to bring a sweat towel. Everything else is provided! When to Arrive: Please arrive 5 minutes early to sign in, take a quick tour of the studio, complete your liability waiver, and get prepared for class. What to Say: Your instructor will ask you about any old injuries, sensitive spots, or conditions that might need modifications. Be honest! If a movement is painful, it's fine not to do it, or to do a modified version while your body becomes used to Pilates.
