Pilates Studio

Pilates class using any combintion of equipment...Reformer,
Cadillac, Chair, Spine Corrector Barrel, and Mat. In this class
you’ll move through your favorite Pilates exercises releasing
tension, creating space and finding distribution or “tensegrity” in
the body. As a result, movement becomes easy, effortless, and
beautiful! You’ll be encouraged to “Let Go”, still gaining
abdominal strength, muscle tone, flexibility, balance and control
without exhaustion. You may also become more acquainted with
“yourself”!

Pilates Equipment

Established in 2004 Performance Pilates & Fascia is a fully
equipped Pilates Studio just off the Southwest Freeway near
Greatwood serving Sugar Land, Fort Bend County, and
surrounding areas.  Owners Michelle Long and Cody Robbins have
studied and earned comprehensive Pilates certifications, education
to address multiple physical conditions including back pain &
spinal issues, pregnancy and osteoprosis.  They also hold
certifications from the Centre for Spatial Medicine providing a
fascial approach to movement, and from the Rossiter® System for Pain
Relief.  Michelle & Cody
have the tools and experience to benefit everyone from the elderly
to the elite athlete.  Experience their beautiful
studio upstairs at 19875 Southwest Freeway, Suite 200. 
Performance Pilates & Fascia offers private, one-on-one
sessions, small group
mat and equipment classes, myofascia release and the Rossiter® System for Pain
Relief.  Equipment classes  and private Pilates
sessions utilize any combination of mat, reformer, cadillac tower,
chairs, barrels and other small apparatus.

Using weights and body weight exercises, we'll explore the idea of distributing the load of the weights through the whole body.  You'll be able to use heavier weight with less effort, and/or get better results with lighter weight distributed through all of your muscles. Distribution requires all of your muscles to share in the effort.  Full body workout! 

Weights Class

This package gives you access to all of our classes!  You get Pilates Mat & Equipment classes, and our new Weights Class. 
You may participate in person at the studio, or virtually online.
