Karen has over 35 years teaching group fitness - anything from high/low impact aerobics, STEP, to Pilates & Barre.She is also a certified personal trainer, certified health coach, and holds 2 nutrition certifications.She enjoys strength training and helping women understand that a healthy body isn't about decreasing calories and over-training with intense workouts. She has a passion for anything related to health, nutrition and fitness!
