Pilates Studio

If you have never done Pilates before, this is your class! Based
on a client's needs and ability, the instructor will provide
information on equipment and guide you through basic principles and
exercises. We require 24hrs cancellation notice, or you will be
charged for the class as though you attended. Please refer to our

The minimum age for Reformer Pilates is 15 and all minors must
be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Welcome to The Pilates
Firm!  We are a boutique-style fitness studio specializing in
small group classes and private instruction, servicing Cypress,
Tomball, and Spring Texas for over twelve years. Our
comprehensively trained and certified instructors are known for
customized modification, detailed instruction, and long-term client
relationships. Our small class sizes, instructor-written programs,
and knowledge of our client's abilities and restrictions allow us
to elevate the experience and provide individual attention in a
group setting. Although we specialize in reformer pilates and MELT
classes, we also offer Mat Pilates and Barre classes. We offer
one-on-one instruction for those who require post-rehabilitation or
athletic training or who want to improve their knowledge and body
awareness. We would be honored to be a part of your wellness
journey at any age or ability!
