A Pilates reformer class designed to challenge core stability, increase strength, and improve mobility. Exercises are challenging, with modifications as required, and equipment transitions are faster-paced.   Energy Level - Moderate to High   **If you have a restriction in the weight you can lift, spine mobility due to injury or pain, or are modified for resistance and stability, the Modified Reformer class is a better fit. Instructors reserve the right to recommend classes appropriate for level and safety.
