A Pilates reformer class designed to challenge core stability, increase strength, and improve mobility. Instruction emphasizes anatomical movement patterns and individual modifications as required, incorporating changes to resistance and range of motion (ROM) based on joint stability. This approach promotes safe and efficient body movement through controlled, precise exercises targeting specific muscle groups, fostering accurate alignment, and enhancing flexibility for a well-rounded and effective workout. Other equipment may be added with the Reformer, including tower training/Cadillac, Stability Chair, and various weights and accessories. Equipment transitions are fast-paced. Energy Level - Moderate to High **If you have a restriction in the weight you can lift, spine mobility due to injury or pain, or are modified for resistance and stability, the Modified Reformer class is a better fit.
