A Pilates reformer class designed to increase strength and improve mobility. Exercises are challenging, with modifications as required, and fast-paced equipment transitions. Stability Chair exercises will challenge core stability and upper and lower body strength and balance. Energy Level - Moderate to High **If you have a restriction in the weight you can lift, spine mobility due to injury or pain, or are modified for resistance and stability, the Modified Reformer class is a better fit.
