Tiffany, owner of Studio Core Pilates is a wife and mother of 2 children under the age of 3. She is a former Professional Figure Skater and Competitive Figure Skating Coach. Tiffany found Pilates to be the perfect blend of athleticism and grace. She Obtained her Pilates certification from Core Dynamics and opened her first Pilates studio 2006. In 2010 Tiffany developed her own teacher training program called Crosswhite Pilates Training and has since trained over 100 teachers nation wide.
