Pilates Studio

Fairfax Pilates is a charming, boutique studio in downtown
Fairfax that welcomes all ages, levels and abilities. We offer
private lessons, small group reformer classes and virtual mat-based
classes. Whether you are injured or are feeling “too old to move
like you used to,” we can help. Our thoughtful approach to Pilates
addresses limitations, injuries and weaknesses so that we can work
together in creating a strong, able body. Feel like you used to (or
possibly better than you used to!) and look great at every age.
