About the Class

Strength & Sculpt is a dynamic, Tabata-style workout designed to build strength, coordination, and body awareness both on and off the Reformer. This class combines targeted Pilates exercises with soft kettlebells to challenge muscular endurance, improve stability, and elevate the heart rate while maintaining precise, controlled movement.   Expect short, focused intervals that alternate between Reformer work and strength-based training, creating an efficient, full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong and energized.   This format is best suited for intermediate-level students who are comfortable on the Reformer and ready for a more athletic challenge.   Strength & Sculpt is reserved for active studio members only.
