Inferno Meets Mommy & Me

About the Class

Katy & Tasha lead a playful, mommy & babe-friendly take on Inferno designed to get everyone moving, smiling together. This 45-minute class is an opportunity to bond with your little one(s) while showing them that movement can be empowering, fun, and something to enjoy! And you don’t have to be a “mommy” to join the fun - step moms, aunties, grandmas, older sisters, guardians, family friends, and all loving caregivers are welcome. Expect upbeat music, simple feel-good movement, laughter, connection, and a supportive environment where adults and kiddos can move side-by-side without pressure or perfection. This class is open to children ages 10 & below and will be held inside the RoqN Studio. All fitness levels welcome. 50% of all admissions will be donated to Georgia’s House to support their mission of helping women and children in our community.
