About the Class

Pilates X Strength is our fusion class, combining Pilates foundations, and adding in resistance training, cardio, and more!  This class kicks it up a notch with a variety of props used throughout class.  This beat driven class will have you walking out feeling stronger, longer, and..... sweaty!  What to wear: Comfortable clothes you can move in.  Class can be done barefoot, or in grip socks. What to bring:  Yourself, a water bottle, and a mat if you would like to use your own.  We will have plenty of mats you can borrow if you prefer!  All other equiptment will be provided.
