Tower Class - All Levels - Beginners Welcome

About the Class

Pilates exercises utilizing both the mat and Pilates Tower. Incorporates intense isometric positions creating long, lean muscles at a measured, consistent pace that sculpts the body. Expect to see flatter abdominals, leaner thighs, a lifted rear and greater definition in the arms and back. This class will work well for both the intermediate and more advanced, slowing down the movements to accomodate the beginner while still chanllenging the more advanced client.
