Build on the basics and take your fitness to new heights! Level 2 will continue to develop students' strength and coordination, as well as introduce climbing and spinning pole. Graduation from Level 1 is required to register for this class. Please confirm with your instructor prioring to advancing to the next level.
Don't forget to wear your shorts! This class requires a minimum of 2 students to run. Students will be notified at least 6 hours in advance if the class will not run due to low enrollment.
