Stretching can improve one's ability to participate in activities of daily living and performance in fitness. This class will focus on improving flexibility and increasing range of motion in hips, legs, shoulders and back. Recommended Equipment: Yoga Mat, Yoga blocks, Yoga Strap Apparel: Any fitness apparel you feel comfortable in. We recommend wearing layers and bringing socks (No shoes). Please avoid use of lotion or oil on hands or body prior to classes.
