INTERMEDIATE POLE LEVELS 2 AND 3 SPLIT CLASS Class Structure: Each Level is 4 Classes taught over 8 weeks (each class runs 2 weeks in a row) INTERMEDIATE POLE LEVEL 2 - In Intermediate Level 2 you will be challenged to stay up the pole and hold your poses longer. You will also learn more advanced inverted tricks such as butterfly, superman, duchess, welsh dragon, bow and arrow and more. By the end of this level you will be able to perform smooth aerial transitions. INTERMEDIATE POLE LEVEL 3 - This is where you start to really focus on strength and stamina when performing combos and tricks. You’ll learn new skills like Ayesha (using a variety of hand grips), Allegra, Ballerina, Jade Split, Upright Static Rotations, Monkey Climbs and more. What to Bring: Yoga Mat for warm up + Shorts
