4-Week Summer Shred Challenge All Levels Welcome! Ready to feel strong, energized, and confident this season? Our Summer Shred Program is designed to help you move with purpose and feel amazing—in just 4 weeks! Led by our in-house certified Health Coach & Fitness Trainer, Karen, this program includes: - 8 total classes (4 in-person + 4 online)  - Free Resistance Band  - Health Coaching + Nutrition Tips  - Weekly Check In’s  - Supportive Community AVA Monthly Members receive 10% off!   In-Person Class Schedule: Mondays at 6:00 PM July 7 July 14 July 21 July 28    Online Classes: A new workout video + instructions will be delivered to your inbox every Tuesday morning for you to complete anytime that week—on your schedule!
