About the Class

We stream with ZOOM - TIME ZONE- AST (New Brunswick, Canada) - These are live classes and are not recorded  - Must have home pole to participate with 50 programs will be introduced to a new advanced skill each session paired with am extensive combo linking multiple intermediate level skills together. If you are looking for a new challenge this is the class for you. Be prepared to spend most of your time up in the air, these sessions are not necessarily going to be leave you with a perfectly executed flow or skill as this is an advanced level, you will continue to work on these skills in your own practice time. So give your self some grace and love if it takes time to master these new adventure skills. full body warm up, mobility movements incorporated to prepare the skills to be worked on. followed by pole warming conditioning and then get right into the good stuff.  The goal will be to complete diagnostics of the skills and combos with 15 to 20 min left to class for you to work on it individually allowing the instructor to travel the room to help students individually in their station.  class limited to 7 to ensure proper safety and spotting for these more advanced skills.
