created with all upright pole holds, taking moves
we
know from our beginner classes and morphing them into new fun
shapes, linking skills together
and helping you build your spin tolerance.

so fun and rewarding. You will love this class!
Pre-req:
This is an all
levels class where previous experience is not required but
would be an asset. (Dress code: fitted
shorts and sports top / tank top. Feel free to wear a
short flowy skirt to
blow in the wind!)

Proving that big things can come
from small spaces! Our founder, Paula Ryan began sharing her love
& passion for Pole Fitness in 2014, in Kingston ON. Moving from
Kingston to Burton, N.B., she shared this same passion from her
basement, only to later grow into an over 1500 sq ft store front in
the small military town of Oromocto NB.
Now equipped with EIGHT 45 mm
stainless steel, 11' 6" high, fitness poles, supplied by Xpole; the
leader of pole fitness equipment. We offer a wide range of class
options from our unique PR Pole Fit structured level classes, to
our signature Chrome classes offering strict conditioning/fitness ,
as well as dance/movement/style development, and choreography . We
believe we have something to fit everyone's fitness/dance
journey!

PR Pole Fit

First POLE Class Deal

You will receive the following monthly: Unlimited access to level and Chrome Pole classes, unlimited Pole Practice sessions, and unlimited Virtual Pole classes

Class cancellations must be done at least 3 hours prior to scheduled class. If you fail to do so, your will be charged a late cancel/no show fee of $10+tax. penilty valid on core class, practice, chrome and aerial classes.

1-Month Gold Pole Membership

You will receive the following each month: (5) Virtual Pole classes.

Class cancellations must be done at least 3 hours prior to scheduled class. If you fail to do so, that class will then be considered lost. It will not be refunded, transferred or rescheduled. If class IS canceled before the 3-hour time frame, this class can be re-scheduled for another day within your Expiry timeframe.

Virtual Brass Pole Membership

You will receive the following each month: (10) Virtual Pole classes.

Class cancellations must be done at least 3 hours prior to scheduled class. If you fail to do so, that class will then be considered lost. It will not be refunded, transferred or rescheduled. If class IS canceled before the 3-hour time frame, this class can be re-scheduled for another day within your Expiry timeframe.

Virtual Chrome Pole Membership

You will receive the following each month: Unlimited Virtual Pole classes.

With this 1-time Membership, you will have unlimited access to ALL level Pole, Aerial, and Chrome classes in-studio and virtual as well as unlimited Practice sessions.
