About the Class

Stretch out your legs and work on your splits! This class focusses on building strength and length in your quads, hamstrings and hip flexors. Suitable for all levels! Beginner Friendly! This is a great cross-training class for pole dancers!   No prerequisites as this is a beginner friendly class! No experience in bending necessary!

Special Instructions

Please make sure to bring yoga blocks, yoga mat, small tension bands and yoga strap. Please wear tighter clothing. If you do not have yoga mats, yoga blocks or yoga strap DON'T WORRY! We have some for you.
