Welcome to Level 2 Aerial Pole! Let's go aerial! For those who feel they are stronger in their climbs, holds and sits. We will be learning basic inversions such as the invert, inverted leg hooks, laybacks, fun simple transitions from Level 1 moves, one-handed static rotations and spinning rotations, etc. Level 1 Aerial Pole is mandatory if you aren't able to do one-handed static spins, and are not comfortable with the basic moves taught in Level 1. Please contact Inferno if you are not sure if this class is best for you.
Please make sure to wear shorts, and tighter clothing. Bring a yoga mat if you have one to use for warmup!
