This class incorporates high intensity interval training incorporating pole and your body weight! It is a fantastic way to gain strength and stamina and it is suitable for all levels. Highly recommended for all polers who are looking to build strength faster so that they graduate to higher levels in tricks and combos and heel classes. Requirements: A few Intro Pole classes required before taking this class
Please make sure to wear short shorts and tighter clothing. Bring a yoga mat, you will need it!
