Special Instructions

General Information Please provide three day and times that would be convenient, and the team will try to accommodate the request, based on studio and teacher availability.  Note that more than 9 can be accommodated yet note poles will have to be shared and the teacher will adjust their instruction to provide time for all members to try. Below is a description of our policies for parties. These can also be found on our website at www.chrome45.ca/party-policies. Please familiarize yourself and your guests with them as they are enforced.  All participants must be at least 18 years of age, pre- or 6 weeks postpartum, have valid identification cards shown, and have a signed and valid waiver and release. Party Fees There will be deposit payment of $100.00 CAD. The party is considered booked and your date and time slot will be held, once one of the team members call to confirm. Please be advised we require a valid credit card for party payment purposes. The credit card used to purchase your time slot is kept on file until after the total amount of the party has been paid for.  The price per person for your party is $40.00 plus HST. The remaining party fee is based on a per person price. We require a final headcount 3 days prior to the party. However, this does not prohibit additional, last-minute guests, but please be advised their amount will be charged to your credit card on file. We do not accept cash at parties.  First time failed payments will not be subject to a penalty fee. If subsequent attempted payments also fail this will be subject to a $20.00 NSF fee.  Alcohol Consumption & Safety Please be advised we have a no intoxication policy. Any participants exhibiting signs of intoxication will be asked to sit out and/or leave without warning or refund. This is non-negotiable. This policy is in place for the safety of all participants and our instructors. Cancellation & Refunds Party cancellations must be processed by staff and can only be done by telephone (if less than 24 hours before the party) or email (if over 24 hours before party). Facebook, Instagram, our website, or any other medium is not acceptable.  Please consider re-booking your party as the $100.00 deposit can be transferred to another time and date, through management approval, but is non-refundable.  Chrome 45 reserves the right to cancel any workshop, party or event at any time due to inclement weather, low registration, instructor illness, or any other reason.  Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration when re-booking. Lateness Where possible, it may be beneficial to arrive as a group and/or in small groups.  Please have all guests arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your party to remove outerwear, check in, and ensure your spot for the party. Please contact the studio to notify your instructor if you are going to be late. If guests arrive after the party has started, please do so quietly and with as little disruption as possible. Time Overages You may book more time for a party by contacting the studio. Additional time is subject to studio availability. The party instructor will do their best to ensure the party begins and ends on time; however, any time overage due to the party's individual’s behaviour and/or late participants are strictly the responsibility of the host and may be subject to time overage charges. Party Balance Due The balance is due prior to or on the date of the event/party. Once again, any last-minute additional guests must be paid for prior to the start of the party with the credit card on file to ensure consistency.
