At this intermediate level, you'll explore challenging shapes and combinations both from the floor and in the air. This class will focus on building strength and control as you work on aerial inverting, mastering new and challenging grips, and refining shapes that test your strength and flexbility. Classes may take place on spin or static pole at the instructor’s discretion. Recommended Experience: Students should be comfortable inverting and have completed at least five Pole 1 classes. This class is not recommended for those who have never taken a Pole 1 class. Requirements: - Invert from the ground (both sides) - Inside and Outside Leg Hang (both sides)
