

This is the beginner pole class that will make you fall in love with pole fitness!! You will learn the fundamentals of pole sport and the tools to build proper technique, poise and posture. What to wear: Active sports wear such as shorts, tank tops, sporst bras, knee pads and /or legwarmers, heels are optional. Be prepared to spend aprox. 2 months (2-3 classes/week) in 1 Pole Beginner. How to Graduate: minimum of 20 classes and permission from a senior instructor 10 Flexibility classes Permission from an instructor Late Arrivals (5min) cannot be accomodated. 8 hr Late Cancel policy. Dress Code in effect.
Appropriate fitness attire required. We recommmend short shorts, tank tops & knee pads for your beginner pole classes. Shoes are encouraged! Be sure to see our websites for details on what to wear to all of our classes.
