POLE 3 builds on your foundation inversion skills from Learn to Invert. You will learn new inversion tricks & combos that will help you build on the fluidity of your movement as you transition up and down the pole. . Note: Continuing to take 2 Pole Beginner is highly suggested as a way to build greater strength, technique and body/muscle awareness! What to wear: Appropriate sport shorts, sport bra, tank, crop top, heels are optional How to Graduate: minimum of 30 3 Pole Inversions classes 30 flexibility classes, assessment and permission from senior instructor Late/Studio Policies in effect.
