Intermediate Pole Tricks

About the Class

Ready to take your pole skills to the next level, well in this class you will be taught spins and tricks. This is an intermediate pole tricks class,  pole experience is required! If you are a beginner poler please talk to your instructor before signing up for intermediate pole tricks. Attire:  Bare feet or socks, shorts/tank. NO LEGGINGS!! NO LOTIONS!! Level: Intermediate - Levels 2 & 3 Prerequisite: Beginner Pole Level 2 - Pole experience required  Moves you must be able to do: Pole climb (multiple climbs), Pole sit, Pike spin, forearm holds
