Pole Fitness Studio

Our Level 1 Spins & Combos class focuses on learning
foundational pole spins and simple combinations designed to support
your pole journey. This class focuses on essential spins on both
spin and static pole while developing coordination, control,
fluidity, and confidence in movement.
Attire:  Bare feet or
socks, shorts/tank - No LOTIONS!! NO
LEGGINGS!!
Level: Level 1
Prerequisite: Beginner Pole
and Beginner Spins is required unless you have
previous pole experience
