Pole Fitness Studio

In between Level 1 and 2, or are
you feeling like you want more from Level 1 Trick Inferno and Level
1 Climb and Invert? This class is thoughtfully designed to help you
hone in on those essential upright tricks and beginner inverts,
grips, and holds required for a Level 2 Trick Inferno.  Also
great for polers newly taking level 2.
Skill Requirement: Proficient forearm climb up the pole on both
spin and static mode. Comfortable with Level 1 Trick Inferno spins
such as front/back hook, chair, fireman, 360. Has experience
training tricks such as jasmine, twisted grip holds, and
pirouettes.

Since 2009, Inversion Pole Dance Studios has taken dance-fitness
and mixed it with pleasure and sin. Our unique pole-dancing classes
