About the Class

This class focuses on using your chair as a prop as you learn sensual movements that show off your best assets in and around the chair. You will learn sexy choreography utilizing the chair for a sexy and exhilarating work out. This flirty and fun class is great because you can take the fun home even if you don't have a pole! All levels are welcome! Heels are optional but highly encouraged.

Special Instructions

All lotion on your body MUST be washed off prior to class. As well as jewelry on your hands, fingers, wrists, toes and ankles are not allowed. Please bring knee pads, water, and towel.
