

Emphasis: Develop or refine technique and strength for climbs, inverts and shoulder mounts Description: Ready to finally conquer that climb, invert, or shoulder mount? This is the class for you! This all-levels conditioning class, or “C.S.I.” as we like to call it, is specifically designed to give you the strength and technique you need to achieve your pole goals. We'll focus on targeted exercises and drills that strengthen the key muscle groups required for these challenging moves. Whether you're a beginner just starting out or a seasoned dancer looking to refine your technique, you'll build a solid foundation and gain the power and control needed to elevate your practice.
Requirements: All levels welcomed! Recommended to have taken ‘Pole Tricks Foundations’ class, but no experience required. Please Bring: Yoga mat, water
