Join us for a 2-hour workshop, focusing on a new specialty each
month!
Cost $50 for non-members OR $10 + 1 class for current
members in good standing for each workshop.
May is encore month
Learn a slow and pretty lyrical ballet pole choreography with
Mani on Sunday 5/25/25 @ 3:00pm.  Required tricks ballerina
and Superman. Combo modifications for level 1, level 2,and level
3.
Come dance with Gracie on 5/30/25 @ 7:30pm
Come and learn to freestyle with Amanda on 5/31/25 @ 4:30pm.
Bring a large button down shirt as a prop, shoes are welcome but
not required. 
June will be next! Look for Mani's Pride workshop on 6/8/25
from 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Rise and Climb Fitness

Monthly Workshop Spot

Enjoy 24 classes per month (Open Pole is a class, too!) and explore all the classes Rise and Climb has to offer. 

This option requires a card on file and will payment will automatically renew monthly. Unused classes DO NOT rollover to the following month. 

A 3-month minimum commitment is required before an early cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.

After 3 months, the membership will automatically continue so no need to repurchase the membership to continue scheduling after the first 3 months. If you'd like to cancel after 3 months, please let us know.

Membership can be placed on hold/freeze for a maximum of 30 days in a row. After that time period, the hold will automatically unfreeze and your membership will continue. 

If after the 3-month minimum you’d like to cancel, please contact us in writing 14 DAYS before your cancelation date. We CANNOT cancel memberships before the 14 DAY notice. 



RISE Membership (24 classes per month) $215

Take advantage of scheduling your classes at your own pace! Our Climb membership includes 12 classes per month. (Open Pole counts as a class, too!)
