About the Class

This Choreo is very dreamy, dark, moody and a little sultry. The vibe is like you're floating in between a dream and a slightly, darker more mysterious place-very ethereal,but still sexy.  Like you're deeply in love with your body and just completely lost in the music.  Song: “West Coast” by Lana Del Rey, so there's lots of slow intentional movement and really sinking into the music.  Level one/level two-no inversions required we will be working with pole sits, figurehead and Jamila. Requirements: Over the knee socks or leg warmers and knee pads highly recommended.  Thighs will need to be exposed for some of the choreography.
