Pole Fitness Studio

Join us for this exciting First Class! Aug 29 2:30-3:45pm. 
No experience needed. We'll spend 75 minutes teaching the basics of pole. Learn a few spins, poses, moves and more. We will put it all together towards the end of class with an easy dance routine. This is a community class for first time clients and we can't wait to meet you!
