A one time private lesson tailored to your needs. Upon booking you will be prompted to answer a few questions regarding your goals, and what you’d like to focus on during your lesson. You have the options to choose between a tricks, dance based, flexibiltiy, or strength/conditioning focused class. CLASS STRUCTURE -5 minutes to go over goals/needs -5 minute warmup -40 minutes of lesson plan -5 minute cool down *NO REFUNDS, LAST MINUTE CANCELS & NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED A $10 fee. Please notify your instructor at least 12 hours before your lesson if you need to reschedule.
