**Studio One Rental for Pole Event**

About the Asset

This is an event space rental. This rate includes: The Renter hereby accepts and assumes all responsibility for all risks associated with and/or resulting in his/her use of the premises and equipment (THIS INCLUDES ALL PERSONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE RENTER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL GUESTS INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO DJ, MODELS, ASSISTANTS, PHOTOGRAPHERS, OR FRIENDS). The Renter freely accepts these risks and agrees to the terms of the Release. The Renter agrees responsibility for any loss (in the amount solely determined by IamSexyFit Dance and Fitness ownership) or damage to the studio; equipment on premises of the business resulting from the Renter’s same (except for normal wear and tear). The Renter agrees to pay the costs of repair or replacement for any such loss or damage within 48 hours of a claim from IamSexyFit Dance and Fitness to the Renter. The Renter also understands and agrees not to utilize the pole and aerial equipment. (This agreement includes the renter and all parties at the renter's event.) The renter also understands the space should be cleaned, decorations removed, and all trash removed from event by the end of the scheduled rental time. The renter also understands the late fee will be charged at a rate of $75 for every 30 minutes of overage. (No exceptions to late fee.) **Renter understands that the set up AND cleaning time should be calculated into the studio rental booking hours to avoid late fee charges. Payment is  due at booking. Event can be canceled with a full refund up to 14 days before sceduled event.
