Continuing Beginner Pole Fit classes build upon what was learned in the Beginner Pole Dance Fundamentals class. You will start working on combination spins, begin to climb the pole, and begin to work on basic invert and exits. This class also focuses on pole conditioning exercises for building core strength and arm strength. This class is continuing and you will take this class until you have mastered climbing and inverting. The next level will be Pre-Intermediate Pole Fitness and you can move on with the instructors permission. Class is 1 hr 15 min. for $25/person. *****THIS is not a drop in class for anyone that has NO POLE EXPERIENCE. You must take the 4 Week Beginner Fundamentals Session first or have the instructor's apporval for class. You must sign up by emailing info@polevelocity.com or on Wellness Living. You can sign up online for class by using the BOOK NOW button. Payment can be made by credit card or debit card using paypal on the Pole Velocity website, or by cash the day of class. You MUST be at least 19 years old to take the class. Prerequisites - ***You must have completed the Beginner Pole Dance Fundamentals class or have taken at least 4-6 pole dance classes at another studio in order to take the Continuing Beginner Pole Fitness Classes. You must have the approval from the instructor before you can take this class. ******COVID19 RULES:MASKS ARE OPTIONAL. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO CLASS IF YOU HAVE COVID SYMPTOMS OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO COVID IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS. If the cancellation is made in less than 24 hours from the class time, it will be considered a “LATE” cancel and you will lose the class. You will need to Purchase another if you would like to attend. Refund Policy No refunds will be granted for Aerial Fit Classes, One Day Classes or 4 Week Beginner Pole Dance Fundamentals sessions.
