Advanced Aerial Jam

About the Class

This all-apparatus class is open to our Level 3 and Level 4 aerial students. Work together and with an instructor to condition, practice, and train new skills. Multiple apparatus will be hung and used for class.  Instructor will be there to lead the class in a warm-up as well as assist with practice.  Must be Level 3 or 4 in any aerial practice in order to participate.
