This Yoga-based class focuses on movement to aid you in your pole & aerial life. No experience needed, all levels are welcome. Stretch and move your body in a yoga flow practice. Focus will be on the muscles and joints that we use for pole and aerial, opening up areas of the body needed to achieve certain movement. Find increased flexibility and build strength where you need it most to hit all the moves when you are in heels dancing or spinning in the air! Students should wear comfortable clothing that they can move freely in. Bring your yoga mat if you like. Mats available at the studio to use for free.
