Ideal for Beginner / Intermediate Dancers Get low and STAY LOW with this entirely floor based, pole free class that's full of sexy, fun and challenging movements that will work your entire body! First, we start with a warm-up incorporating basic floor work moves with a focus on flexibility and strength building, then move on to learning variations to floor work classics and/or a new trick to add to your arsenal. Each class will conclude with a choreographed routine that pulls it all together. Routines run for the entire month, adding on as we go. High heels are optional, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Kneepads are a MUST.
For your safety, please no lotion, oils, jewelry, or long pants. Wear shorts and a sports bra, t-shirt or tank top. Heels are optional. Knee Pads highly encouraged
