About the Class

If you are trying to gain flexibility and get quicker progression in pole dance, this class is for you! Also if you are looking for some mobility, muscles strengthening and relaxing exercises to enhace your flexibility you should join us! Improve your performance in pole dance and others physical activities while reducing the risk of injuries. This is an active stretching class, be ready for a vigorous work out and wake up your muscles!

Special Instructions

Classes cannot be refunded, however, you have the option to reschedule as long as you provide a 24-hour notice. We DO NOT do reschedulling if you don't provide that anticipation, unless for extreme emergencies, such as accidents, severe illness, heavy snow (we will inform you if a class is canceled due to weather), or the passing of a family member. You are welcome to come five minutes before the class starts. Up to 10 minutes lateness will be tolerated, but it's really important that you arrive on time. What to wear? a pair of shorts and a tank top / sport bra are recommended. Knee pads and socks can help too! Kindly refrain from wearing body jewelry during class, especially items like rings that may come into contact with the pole. You won't be able to take part in the classes if you're wearing any type of rings. We reccomend you to bring water and a towel/cloth to wipe yourself and the pole down with. If necessary, poles can be shared, but only with a maximum of 2 people per pole. Classes will proceed once at least two students have confirmed their attendance, but may be rescheduled if the minimum requirement is not reached. We DO NOT allow spectators or visitors during classes, only enrolled students.
