What to Bring: Yoga mat (a limited number may be available at the studio) Water bottle – Stay hydrated before, during, and after class Towel – For sweat or added support during poses Yoga blocks or strap (optional) – For added support and deeper stretches Clothing – Wear comfortable, stretch-friendly clothes Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and ground yourself Silence your phone or leave it outside the practice area Listen to your body – Take breaks or modifications as needed Avoid heavy meals at least 1–2 hours before class First time?
