About the Class

*Prerequisite: Proficiency in Climb, Pole Sit, Jasmine In this class, students build strength and endurance to progress to more advanced moves. We condition specifically to build strength for inverting, and we work on building endurance through combinations of movements that keep us on the pole for longer. We practice common transitions on the static pole: Jasmine to genie, different entries into brass sit and variations, multiple climbs, pole sits, wrist seats, tricks supported by the floor, martini and variations, and more. The goal is to get stronger and more comfortable on the pole to progress towards Intermediate Pole and more advanced tricks. Students should expect to be challenged, but there is an emphasis on sustainable movement and injury prevention - each student can self-select the level of challenge they want to work towards that day. 

Special Instructions

You may enter the studio no sooner than 5 minutes prior to class start. You will be denied entry if you are more than 10 minutes late, so please make every effort to be on time.
