About the Class

Mobility means “the ability to move or be moved freely and easily.” Beyond simple conditioning, this class combines strengthening, stretching, and myofascial release techniques to help you achieve a supple muscles and supported joints. This class is perfect for any mover or athlete and is taught by a weightlifting coach and competitor. 

Special Instructions

This class is in-person at Black Widow's studio location. You may enter the studio no sooner than 5 minutes prior to class start. You will be denied entry if you are more than 10 minutes late, so please make every effort to be on time. Please wear a mask and bring your own yoga mat to class.
