Prerequisites include 5 intro classes, 3 tricks classes, or 2
months of pole experience. Build on your foundation moves and
master the art of spinning pole, learning to harness momentum and
create beautiful spin sequences.

serve beginner to advanced clients.  Bombshell Fitness
offers several options for group classes outside of pole dance such
as Pole Conditioning, Intro to Lyra, Flexibility Training and Sexy
Floor Work.  Bombshell offers specialiatly parties such as
Bachelorette, Birthday and Girls Night/Day Out.  Book your
