This class gently introduces you to the art of pole dance, a practice that nurtures both body and spirit. Each session blends foundational techniques with fluid transitions and creative exploration. You’ll learn to move with intention, discovering the balance between effort and ease as you connect more deeply with your body’s natural rhythm. Guided in a supportive, nonjudgmental space, you’ll be invited to honor your own pace and celebrate every step of your progress. What You’ll Learn: Hand Positioning Pole Walk Body Waves Dip Turns Floor Spins (e.g., Back Hook Spin, Chair Spin, Fireman Spin) What to Wear: A tank top or sports bra with shorts allows for safe grip on the pole. For warm-up, feel free to layer with a T-shirt, hoodie, or yoga pants. Safety note: For your safety and the comfort of others, please avoid using lotion before class.
