Level: Great for any level. In this class, we'll focus on conditioning exercises and balance shapes to boost coordination and strength. With the instructor's help, you'll learn how to approach various acrobatic movements safely. Perfect for beginners or experienced tricksters, this class aims to enhance your skills and explore new shapes and transitions on the floor. We'll build core and upper body strength while practicing moves like chest stands, crocodiles, headstands, handstands, and others. You'll learn how to transition smoothly between these and other shapes, improving your body awareness and movement vocabulary. All skills can be incorporated into dance routines, and exotic dancers are welcome to bring heels for added flair. What to bring: Wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement. Please bring your socks, yoga mat and knee pads with you. Heels are optional.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY Weekday Evening classes: - Canceling Classes: If you cancel at least 4 hours before your class, you keep your class credit. If you cancel less than 4 hours before or don't show up, you lose the credit. No fees for late cancellations or no-shows. - Class Minimums: We need at least 3 students per group class. If fewer than 3 students sign up at least 4 hours before the class, it will be canceled. If this happens, and you were signed up, you'll be notified by text and email, and you'll get your class credit back to use later. Weekday Mornings and All Weekend Classes: - Sign-Up Deadline: Make sure to sign up for weekday morning classes and all weekend classes by 9 PM the night before. If fewer than 3 students sign up by then, the class will be canceled. If this happens, and you were signed up, you’ll be notified by text and email, and you’ll get your class credit back to use later. - Late Cancellations: If you cancel after 9 PM the night before or don’t show up, you will lose your class credit. No fees for late cancellations or no-shows.
