Level: Great for total beginners! Pole or dance experience is not required. If you just started dancing in high heels or have never tried it before this class is perfect for you! We will focus specifically on heels technique and at a very slow phase one step at a time we will learn and embrace fundamental pole exotic movements. This class is designed to increase your confidence while moving in high heels and learn how to create aesthetic body lines and feel the music. What to bring: Wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement. Heels (ideally pole dance sandals or boots) and knee pads are required. If you don't own a pair please feel free to wear socks. For some elements we will need skin contact with the pole, bring your pole shorts with you.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY Weekday Evening classes: - Canceling Classes: If you cancel at least 4 hours before your class, you keep your class credit. If you cancel less than 4 hours before or don't show up, you lose the credit. No fees for late cancellations or no-shows. - Class Minimums: We need at least 3 students per group class. If fewer than 3 students sign up at least 4 hours before the class, it will be canceled. If this happens, and you were signed up, you'll be notified by text and email, and you'll get your class credit back to use later. Weekday Mornings and All Weekend Classes: - Sign-Up Deadline: Make sure to sign up for weekday morning classes and all weekend classes by 9 PM the night before. If fewer than 3 students sign up by then, the class will be canceled. If this happens, and you were signed up, you’ll be notified by text and email, and you’ll get your class credit back to use later. - Late Cancellations: If you cancel after 9 PM the night before or don’t show up, you will lose your class credit. No fees for late cancellations or no-shows.
