About the Class

Level: mixed level class for Level 1 and Level 2 students.  This class is great for both total beginners and for students who have been doing pole for a bit. Beginner students will be learning fundamental pole elements and combinations including different types of grips, a variety of upright spins and floor work transitions. Level 2 students will be given a challenge. You will work on building your strength and stamina by staying in the air longer than before.  What to bring: Level 1 - shorts and pole grip if you have some; Level 2 - pole grip, shorts, top with exposed shoulders and waist (we will need more skin contact).

Special Instructions

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY   Weekday Mornings and All Weekend Classes:   - Sign-Up Deadline: Make sure to sign up for weekday morning classes and all weekend classes by 9 PM the night before. If fewer than 3 students sign up by then, the class will be canceled. If this happens, and you were signed up, you’ll be notified by text and email, and you’ll get your class credit back to use later. - Late Cancellations: If you cancel after 9 PM the night before or don’t show up, you will lose your class credit. No fees for late cancellations or no-shows.   Weekday Evening classes:   - Canceling Classes: If you cancel at least 4 hours before your class, you keep your class credit. If you cancel less than 4 hours before or don't show up, you lose the credit. No fees for late cancellations or no-shows. - Class Minimums: We need at least 3 students per group class. If fewer than 3 students sign up at least 4 hours before the class, it will be canceled. If this happens, and you were signed up, you'll be notified by text and email, and you'll get your class credit back to use later.
