About the Class

{All Levels-Choreo} Let's get low and slinky! In this class, we'll cover lots of fun ways to move, glide, and flow through varying levels of floorwork moves. We'll cover core basics as well as explore interesting and more challenging shapes and tricks. Combos can then be run for sexy and delicious choreography! This is an all level class, but some floorwork experience is recommended. Wear what makes you feel comfortable and allows for movement. ***Kneepads are REQUIRED, heels or socks are also recommended. A top that covers your shoulders will be helpful for some moves!***
